All the visitors of this site are governed by these terms of use and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms or with our privacy policy, your choice is not to visit our sites.

All of the content on our sites is the sole property of Eudoxia Research Centre (Eudoxia Education Pvt.Ltd) and you may view, download, save, and print pages or other content from our sites for your own personal use, as long as you do not:

This website and all of the materials on or referenced by our websites are provided on an “as is” basis. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Subscribers may cancel their journal subscription at any time by submitting a written request to the publisher.

  • Refunds: Cancellations received within 4 hours of payment will receive a half refund of the subscription fee. No refunds will be issued after 4 hours.

  • Access: Upon cancellation, access to the journal will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period.

  • No APC Policy: As this journal does not charge Article Processing Charges (APC), authors are not subject to any publication-related fee, and there are no charges to cancel.

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using this Site in any way, including using any Services, downloading Materials or merely browsing the Site (capitalized terms defined below), you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document and any changes thereto that “Eudoxia Research Centre”, may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use, do not access or use this Site.

The company may change the Terms of Use and other guidelines and rules posted on the Site from time to time at its sole discretion. Your continued access or use of the Site, or any Materials or Services, constitutes your acceptance of the changes. The journal will use and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the contents of which are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. Please be aware that your browser must be enabled to accept cookies in order for you to use certain Materials and Services.

Automatically Collected Information:

In addition, the Application/products/Services may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application/Services/products. As is true of most Mobile applications, we also collect other relevant information as per the permissions that you provide. We use an outside company to bill you for goods and services for all the international transactions. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

 Registration:

 If you are required to establish an account in connection with a particular Service or Material, you must complete the designated registration process as per our course fee for such Service or Material. All required registration information provided must be current, complete and accurate and kept up to date on a prompt, timely basis. If required, you must also choose a user name and password for such account. It is your sole responsibility to keep your user name/password combination and other sensitive information confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you shall notify our organization immediately.

 The company makes this Web site and the Materials and Services, available for your access and use subject to the Terms of Use.

The Linked Sites are provided by the Eudoxia to you as a convenience and the inclusion of the links do not imply any endorsement by the organization of any Linked Site. Our Organization has no control of the Linked Sites and you therefore acknowledge and agree that the Eudoxia is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, any link contained in a Linked Site or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. You further acknowledge and agree that the Eudoxia is not responsible for any form of transmission received from any Linked Site.

Restriction and Termination of Use:

The organization may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the free Site, Services and Materials at any time in the company’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you or liability to the organization. Specifically, after a period of inactivity, the company reserves the right to disable or terminate a user’s account. If an account has been deactivated for inactivity, the user’s name associated with that account may be given to another user without notice to you or such other party. If you violate the terms and conditions the company may, at their sole discretion, block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate the paid conditions.

 Use of Site and Services:

 You shall pay all costs and charges, including phone charges and telecommunications equipment costs, that you incur in order to access or use the Site, Services and Materials. You must adhere to all limitations on dissemination, usage and reproduction of any Materials that you download from the Site that are subject to such limitations. You agree to use the Services only to access, utilize, post, send or receive Materials in an appropriate manner as related to the particular Materials or Services being accessed or used by you.

 This Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by the company from its registered office. By accessing this Site, you agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by laws applicable to jurisdiction applicable in the jurisdiction where the registered address is located or the jurisdiction that the registered address of the company falls under.

 The Terms of Use and other rules, guidelines, licenses and disclaimers posted via the Site or in connection with the Materials and Services constitute the entire agreement between our organization and you with respect to your access to or use of the Site, Materials and Services superseding any prior agreements between you and the organization on such subject matter (including any prior versions of the Terms of Use).

To ensure clarity in the ownership and permissible use of published content, the following Copyright Transfer Policy is applicable to all manuscripts submitted for publication.

  1. Copyright Transfer Agreement

Upon acceptance of an article for publication, authors are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA). This agreement legally transfers the copyright of the work from the author(s) to Innovation Insights, which is managed by Research Beacon Publication. The transfer of copyright includes the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works of the article in all formats and media, whether now known or hereafter developed.

  1. Author Rights and Responsibilities

Although copyright is transferred, Innovation Insights recognizes the importance of authors retaining specific rights. Authors are permitted to:

  1. Share the accepted version of the manuscript (post-print) on non-commercial institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networks, with proper attribution and a link to the journal’s official version.
  2. Use the published article in teaching, presentations, dissertations, or other academic works with appropriate citation.
  3. Reproduce portions of the article in books or future works they author or edit, subject to proper citation and permission from the publisher when required.

Authors must ensure that their work is original, does not infringe upon the rights of others, and has not been published or submitted elsewhere. Any third-party material used in the manuscript must be appropriately cited and accompanied by proof of permission to reproduce it.

  1. Publisher Rights

Upon copyright transfer, Innovation Insights gains the exclusive right to:

  1. Publish the article in print and/or electronic format.
  2. Distribute the article through multiple channels including indexing, abstracting, archiving services, and partner databases.
  3. Grant permissions to third parties to use the content in accordance with established licensing arrangements, including but not limited to fair use and education
  4. Plagiarism and Ethical Compliance

All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous plagiarism screening. In cases of copyright infringement, plagiarism, or unethical publishing practices, the journal reserves the right to retract or remove articles and take necessary legal or editorial action. Authors are advised to consult the journal’s Ethics Policy and Submission Guidelines before submission.

5. Withdrawal and Retraction

If an author wishes to withdraw a submitted manuscript, a formal written request must be submitted before acceptance. Post-publication retractions are governed by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines and are permissible in cases of significant errors, ethical violations, or copyright disputes.

6.Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes regarding copyright, authorship, or licensing, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the policies of Innovation Insights and the governing laws of the publisher’s jurisdiction. Authors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the journal and publisher from any claims arising out of their breach of this agreement.

Final Declaration By signing the Copyright Transfer Agreement or submitting their article for publication, authors acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. The journal maintains the right to revise this policy at any time, and authors will be notified accordingly

The section titles used in the Terms of Use are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect.
